After 17 years as lodging hosts, we are now enjoying retirement in a carefree condominium. We hope friends, relatives and B&B regulars who have become friends will note the "CONTACT" information below, and Keep In Touch.

Our condominium is located on the Lake Champlain Waterfront in Burlington.  The location and the home are both special.

The location is also great because ...

We're just 2 blocks from the pedestrian 
Church Street Marketplace.

The Marketplace and Waterfront Park are each just 2.5 blocks away. Normally they're both a nice walk. 

 

 

 

But for those other times, the College Street Shuttle bus stops in front of the door every 15 minutes during the day, and goes from one end of the City to the other. It's a great service - and it's free. 

 

 

 

 

Church Street is great for relaxing sidewalk dining and shopping the unique boutiques.

 

 

 

Vermont fall foliage season usually begins early to mid-September and extends through mid October. Foliage season offers some of the most spectacular scenery. Our location allows us to take advantage of these views.

 

 

We love the winter season when it arrives.

 

 

 

 

 

Vermont offers many winter activities. Now that we do not have to worry about shoveling snow - we can enjoy  this season. In addition, our location puts us in the center of all the winter activities.
